A BETTER SOLUTION
With a need to ensure greater brand consistency in its restaurants, Texas DQ decided to partner with WAND as its preferred Digital Menu Boards provider. After evaluating eight different brands, Texas DQ ultimately chose WAND based on its Total Restaurant Management (TRM) platform’s superior design and ease-of-use.
The TRM software allowed Texas DQ to create its own menus and promotions in-house, upload them to TRM and deploy them simultaneously to multiple restaurants throughout the state. It created greater brand consistency, ensuring the correct content is played at each store, something static menus could never offer.
LEADS TO BETTER RESULTS
The greatest benefit of using WAND has been the ability of Texas DQ to quickly swap out menu content, whether it be promoting a new menu item or running a new LTO. Because Texas DQ creates its own digital menu content and deploys it on-site they are able to have complete control of what is playing, where and when.
The digital menus have also allowed Texas DQ to more quickly respond to operator requests – if an operator is running a special, even for just one day – Texas DQ can quickly create and deploy the promo in their restaurants so the operators can capitalize on more sales.
