TEXAS DAIRY QUEEN®: ALBERT RESTAURANT GROUP
CHOSEN AS TEXAS DQ’S PREFERRED PROVIDER FOR DIGITAL MENU BOARDS, WAND WORKS WITH OPERATORS THROUGHOUT THE STATE TO EMPLOY BEST-IN-CLASS DIGITAL MENUS.
When Albert Restaurant Group, a multi-concept franchise operator with six Texas DQ’s, was looking for ways to make its restaurants look more upscale it turned to digital menu boards.
A BETTER SOLUTION
Albert Restaurant Group takes a different approach when it comes to managing its multiple QSR and fast casual concepts; one that embraces the modern look that digital menu boards provide.
“Our strategy is to build restaurants from the ground up and create a better image in the restaurants. We wanted to avoid looking like a ‘fast-food’ restaurant and we felt using digital menu boards instead of static was one of the best ways to do this.” says Jackie Albert, President of Albert Restaurant Group.
Albert has deployed WAND digital menu boards displaying menus created by Texas DQ’s corporate marketing department, Red Spoon Marketing, in four of her six locations with plans to also deploy them in new locations. The digital menus feature dynamic content and the latest LTOs instantly displayed.
LEADS TO BETTER RESULTS
“I love the graphics,” says Albert. “The clarity of the menu board make things pop a lot more.” In addition to the digital menus, Albert has used a number of other strategies to make her stores more modern and family friendly including; fireplaces, couches, soft seating with laptop arms, televisions in the dining room and table top games. Albert has worked with WAND on all of her digital menu deployments to date and plans to expand digital menus to new store builds.
