WAND Order Confirmation Display (OCD) units are “computer free.” Connected by an RJ-45 (video over Ethernet) cable, the OCD is controlled indoors by your POS terminal and outdoors by your Drive-thru POS terminals. These innovative units are designed to operate in all weather conditions. WAND Corporation’s OCD technology offers intelligent options for up-selling your customers and conversational ordering, with order confirmation, which not only increases customer satisfaction but is designed to reduce food waste.

WAND Indoor OCD

In a WAND Digital Restaurant, customer displays project beautiful images of your food and confirm orders on the customer-facing side of your registers, eliminating the simple two-line order confirmation LED of days past. If the content on your inside Order Confirmation Display (iOCD) compliments the rest of your menu, sales of your promoted products will increase due to targeted marketing at the point of sale. In turn, your customer satisfaction will increase. The content of your iOCD can be managed by the WAND Digital Creative Group for either a “per register” monthly fee or upon request for an hourly fee; otherwise the iOCD content can be self-managed by you.

WAND Outdoor OCD

The high-definition display is easy to read (even in direct sunlight) and confirms the customer’s order back in crisply defined text that only quality digital technology can offer. The WANDview Simple OCD technology uses less energy and is priced thousands of dollars below CFL alternatives.

Two Mounting Configurations

• Standalone: Sealed against the elements, this “tombstone” design has an adjustable base and is color-matched to meet the exacting décor of the restaurant concept being served.
• Canopy/Pole: Similar to the standalone, the OCD screen is mounted to an existing pole with or without a canopy covering above.
