WAND CORPORATION SUPPORTS THE DAVE THOMAS FOUNDATION FOR ADOPTION AT ANNUAL WENDY’S CONVENTION IN ORLANDO

Eden Prairie, Minnesota- 9 April, 2008. WAND Corporation announced today their recent donation of $30,000 to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption at the annual Wendy’s Convention in Orlando, Florida in January, 2008.

In collaboration with Panasonic, WAND auctioned an integrated POS system with 100% proceeds benefiting the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. WAND Corporation is an international leader in Quick Service Restaurant Point Of Sale software, POS hardware supplier, and developer of Digital Menu Board content.

The $30,000 generated will help the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption provide grants to adoption organizations working to find permanent, loving homes for children, and will provide educational awareness materials free of charge to persons requesting information.

Mr. John Perrill, Sr., WAND Corporation President and CEO, believes the decision to donate was a must. �We recognize that all children deserve to have permanent home placement with a great family. No one should be denied that right. We are proud to be able to provide support to such a worthy organization.�

The donated POS system was recently installed in a Wendy�s franchise in Rochester, New York. The software developed by WAND Corporation will increase service quality, while decreasing training time. The same software will also reduce theft and fraud by assigning detailed security rights to each employee and provide vital operation data to help prompt operators to take advantage of up-selling opportunities.
